the staff were great from the very beginning. they communicated excellently and strived to make us happy, really. they accommodated every request i made, and they were so helpful in ensuring my itinerary was completely fulfilled. i am very thankful for their service.
i noticed the internet was not consistently reliable throughout my stay, especially during peak hours.

my room featured a spacious layout with a comfortable king-size bed, offering plenty of space to relax. the air conditioning worked very well, and the large windows let in ample natural light. the bathroom was modern and included a rainfall shower.

the hotel's location was just fantastic, close to many shops and restaurants. my room was very very comfy and tidy. i especially liked that the hotel was like a home at the end of the day.
the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, causing some back pain. i think better quality bedding would make a big difference.

breakfast included a beautiful display of dishes, providing an very nice full breakfast! a lovely lady made wonderful cappuccinos, and she provided such a nice way to start the day.

the front desk staff always were pleasant. they checked me in early, a total win because my room was ready. the concierge knew everything about the area. he made great restaurant recommendations. i even booked their car service to the airport! isabella gave us a mini tour. it was awesome.
The hotel wasn't quite as close to some spots as i thought. It was a bit of a walk, especially when it got dark. That's all though!
